Dill Weed
شبت
Anethum graveolens
Feathery, fresh and faintly sweet.
Fine feathery leaf with a clean anise-adjacent freshness. Dill weed is fragile, so it is handled gently through drying and cutting: mishandled, good leaf turns to dust and the lot loses its grade.
